LEGAL NOTICE FOR ATHENS HIGH SCHOOL ASPHALT REPAIRS
Sealed bids will be received by Athens City School District until 1:00 p.m., local time, on June 27, 2017 at the District Board Office, 25 South Plains Road, Athens, Ohio 45780, and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Asphalt Repairs at Athens High School, as described in the Contract Documents prepared by Schorr Architects, Inc. A copy of this notice is posted on the District's web site at http://www.athenscsd.org/.

A PREBID meeting is scheduled for 1:00 pm, local time, on June 20, 2017 at Athens High School, 1 High School Rd., The Plains, Ohio 45780. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
