At Morrison-Gordon Elementary, we strive to provide the best possible education for our students. Staff members are highly qualified and dedicated to enriching the lives of young people and helping them to become positive, contributing citizens, filled with the tools they need to achieve their goals and dreams. Families are encouraged to become familiar with our school by attending parent-teacher conferences and by participating in school and P.T.O. events. The Athens City School District Board of Education will have a Special Meeting on March 8, 2018 at Athens High School for the purpose of discussing the Master Facilities Plan and any other business that may come before the Board.
6th Grade Parent Meeting February 26, 6:00 pm, AMS Auditorium Meeting Clipart
The seventh grade registration process will occur during February. Administrators and the counselor from Athens Middle School will be visiting each school to go over course options and answer questions. On Monday, February 26, an informational meeting for parents will be held at 6:00 pm in the Athens Middle School auditorium. We will describe the steps in the registration process and talk about middle school procedures. Please try to attend.
