Welcome to The Plains Intermediate School, serving Athens City Schools fourth, fifth, and sixth graders! We are excited to start a new school year with everyone!

As a part of the Athens City School District, we collaborate with students, parents/guardians and the community to provide an enriched and rigorous learning environment where every student uses multiple pathways to grow, problem-solve, and reach their potential as a lifelong learner and productive citizen.

We are excited for all the new things happening in our building and district as we strive to meet the academic, social and emotional needs of "Every learner. Every day."
