Mr. Fearns served in the United States Army for nine years before becoming a teacher.  He was stationed in California, Germany, Korea and with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, KY.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Talented and Gifted Education.  Both degrees were earned from Ohio University. His wife Cinda is a registered nurse and together they have 5 children and 11 grandchildren.
