The annual eighth grade class trip to Washington, D.C., will take place this year from May 11-13. Eighth graders who paid a deposit received payment letters in November. Final payment deadline is 7:45 AM, January 26th. Payments are made payable to AMS and may only be made to Mrs. Hall in Room 304 between 7:30 – 7:45AM. Absolutely no refunds will be given after this deadline--this includes students removed for disciplinary reasons. Prior to this date, refunds can be made, but must be requested in writing from a parent or guardian. Please do not put payments in Mrs. Hall’s mailbox or mail them. Students who do not pay by the deadline will only be added to the trip if there is a place available for him or her. If you have any questions please email email@example.com.
