AHS Halloween Dance

Date: Friday, October 28th
Time: 7:00 to 10:00 pm.
Location: AHS Cafeteria
Tickets: $5

Ticket Information

• Tickets will be $5 and will go on sale Tuesday, October, 25th.  Tickets will be sold in the cafeteria during all lunches Tuesday through Friday. and after school under the awning until 3:15 pm Tuesday through Thursday as well.
• Make sure you buy tickets beforehand because you will NOT be able to buy tickets at entry to the dance.

What can I wear?
You can dress up in your best Halloween Costume fit with a mask or even face paint! Or, just come prepared to have some AWESOME fun!

BUT REMEMBER STUDENTS:

• Costumes must be SCHOOL APPROPRIATE, AND
• Any costume masks must be off when you enter the dance!

There will also be a COSTUME CONTEST!!!

All you need to do to participate is wear a costume and be AWESOME!

The categories are:

1. The Most ORIGINAL Costume - Who has the most unique costume?
2. Most ICONIC - Whose costume is most recognizable?
3. SCARIEST Costume - Who has the most SPOOKY costume?
4. Best GROUP Costume - How many people can you get to wear the same costume? What if each of your costumes is only part of one whole costume?
5. Whose costume is the Best OVERALL?

During the dance you will have the option to VOTE on your favorite costume for each category on a Google Form.

After the dance, PRIZES will be passed out to the winners, or you can opt out.

The weeks of the 17th through the 20th and the 25th through the 27th of October there will also be a DOOR DECORATING CONTEST!!!

The Categories for this years Halloween Themed doors are:

1. The SCARIEST door
2. The most COMEDIC door
3. The most ORIGINAL door
4. The best OVERALL door

Winners of both contests will earn points for their AC's. If your AC wins Best OVERALL, your AC will earn your very own pizza party.

Doors will be evaluated Thursday and Friday October 27th-28th so make sure your doors are finished before then!

Unfortunately for this dance AHS will not be allowing guests from other schools to attend this dance.
