District Communication Preferences

• SendIt is the mass communication tool that is used at the teacher, school and district level.  We can communicate via email, text and phone through this program.  You can select which types of communication you’d like to receive.
• Any Canva files or Google files are sent out via links that are open to the public, so they don’t require having accounts for those programs. 

Subscription Preferences in SendIt (School Communication - Teacher, School & District)

Directions for Adjusting Subscription Preferences in SendIt

1. At the bottom of the message you receive from the teacher, school or district, there will be a link titled Subscription Preferences (see example in graphic below).
2. You will then see the phone number(s), email address(es) linked to your account.  You can choose which methods you like (voice, SMS text, email) for each number and email address.  Please note that if you turn these off, you WILL NOT receive communication via this method for the number(s) and/or email address(es) selected.  You can change them at any time.
   • NOTE: Please DO NOT change anything for your student's email address.  This will cause your student's SCHOOL ACCOUNTS to stop working.
3. You are also able to choose which types of communication you'd like to receive for your student's classes if you like.  All of your student's classes will be listed for each of your students.
