WHAT IS TITLE IX?
The main purpose of Title IX is to ensure that all students and staff—regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity—have equal access to educational opportunities and are protected from:
- Sexual harassment and sexual violence (including sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking).
- Discrimination based on sex in academics, athletics, employment, or any school activity.
Our district is committed to providing a learning and working environment that is free from all forms of sex discrimination. We take all reports seriously.
REPORTING AND CONTACT INFORMATION
If you are a student, parent/guardian or staff member and believe you have:

Experienced of witnessed any act of sex-based discrimination (Including sexual harassment or assault).

Need to report a violation

Have questions about the district's Title IX policies.
Contact the District's Title IX Coordinator. Such a Coordinator is authorized to coordinate the District's efforts to comply with its responsibilities under Title IX.

NOTIFICATION OF POLICY
NOTIFICATION OF GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
The District has adopted a grievance procedure to provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of student and employee complaints alleging any action that would be prohibited by Title IX and its implementing regulations. This procedure describes how to report or file a complaint of sex discrimination, how to report or file a complaint of sexual harassment, and how the District will respond.
