Please Note:
- Your child MUST BE 4 YEARS OLD ON OR BEFORE August 1, 2023 to be eligible for registration.
- Please bring your child with you.
- No child will be considered registered or put on a waiting list without the documentation listed below.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU:
- Your Child’s Birth Certificate (Copy of parent and child’s passport if you have no birth certificate)
- Your Child’s Immunization Record
- Proof of Residency
- i.e. a Utility Bill showing "service at" a physical address, a Property Tax Bill, a Mortgage Bill, a Lease Agreement, etc.—proof must show a physical address, not a P.O. Box)
- Proof of Income (one of the following):
- 1040 Tax Form or 2 consecutive pay stubs
